As a result of our recent international growth and continuous expansion, we are now looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Technical Account Manager to join our team in London. As Technical Account Manager, you will primarily work in the UK market, building long -lasting relationships with our UK based clients. With a genuine willingness to deliver value to our clients, you will help clients with their day to day challenges and solve incoming issues such as configuration and updates. Once you’re up and running, you will build, create and update content for our award-winning portal as well as work on communication campaigns. Using your technical expertise and high customer focus, you’ll help us deliver value to our customers to ensure their satisfaction and renewal of their agreements. Last but not least, you will maintain communication between key stakeholders within Benify, such as Sales, IT and Marketing as well as with our partners, clients and suppliers.

You are self-starting, ambitious and have the following:

  • At least 2 years work experience in a customer contact role, such as Client Success Manager, Sales, Account Manager.
  • Knowledge of U.K. benefits market.
  • Previous experience and genuine technical interest in problem solving.
  • A background in tech, HR, compensation & benefits. Previous experience with benefits technology is a plus.
  • Fluent English speaker.
