We are now looking for a Country Manager who will be responsible for Benify’s office in Vilnius. We are currently on an exciting global growth journey, are you ready to join us?

As a Country Manager in Vilnius, you will be responsible for Benify's operational department in Vilnius and ensure an outstanding delivery for our customers. Your focus will be to support your employees in their daily work and being accountable that the office is up and running. You will cooperate with different stakeholders within the company in order to solve various issues and to meet customers’ needs.

As a Country Manager, you are expected to deliver good office results, satisfied and happy clients and a well-functioning operational department. You are also expected to lead by example and hands-on contribution to the success of the team. Another important aspect is to create a winning culture with happy and engaged employees. This means that people management is a strong focus in this position, and you need to have a passion for developing other individuals and drive change.

To be successful in this position, we believe that you:

  • Have a university degree within business, IT or equal
  • Have a couple of years of relevant work experience, preferably from a similar position within a fintech company.
  • Have technical experience and preferably are familiar with software development and configurations
  • Have previous experience from a leadership position where you developed great leadership skills and the ability to create engagement among employees
  • Are fluent in English both written and oral. Knowledge in Swedish, French or German is a merit.

As an individual, you have a strong business mindset. You have an understanding of international, fast-growing organizations and handle obstacles with a “can do” attitude. Building great relationships, communicating and cooperating with others is something that comes naturally to you. To succeed in this position, you need to take great responsibility for the local office in Vilnius, both when it comes to finding the right people, motivate the team and take care of all business-related tasks.
