Your role as Configuration Specialist
As a Configuration Specialist, you will manage business rules for employee benefit orders, employee benefit types, and employer contributions of new and existing international/global client portals. You will own the whole process from creation to configuration as well as make updates in our client portals, which can be anything from setting up new clients, configuring and updating company structures, contact persons, and administrations permissions if we would give you a handful of examples of the diversity in tasks you will have in this position.
In this position, you will be a part of an internal project team, consisting of various nationalities and competences. You will be responsible for ensuring that the client portal reflects the eligibility rules of the client and that reporting processes and financial flows are efficient and compliant with local tax regulations. As a Configurations Specialist, you will be involved in client-specific projects such as process improvements, terminations, changes of payroll system/ERP as well as company merges and splits.
