We are now looking for our new ambitious E-commerce Manager for benefits marketplace, benifyDeals. A central part of our marketplace, benifyDeals, offers exclusive deals and discounts to Benify’s clients’ employees. Do you have a commercial mindset, love being creative and have an entrepreneurial working style? Then this might be the role for you!

Your role as E-commerce Manager 
As our new E-commerce Manager you will be responsible for the optimization of benifyDeals as a product by looking at user-journeys and customer experience patterns in our collected data, as a way to improve engagement and optimize conversion. 

With benifyDeals, we always strive  to offer the absolute best deals on the market. Therefore, it is crucial to work closely with new and current suppliers, as well as colleagues in different functions to create and develop the best possible e-commerce platform there is. As our new new E-commerce Manager, you will be the technical product owner, manage commercial campaigns across several markets and lead development projects. Furthermore, you will get the chance to work with world-leading brands and an attractive target group across several markets.  

In this position you will also: 

  • Run analytics on user behavior and engagement within the platform
  • Optimize sales of deals offered to our users
  • Improve content and consult advertisers on content quality
  • Participate in the creation of our international campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas etc.
  • Have technical product ownership and stakeholder management internally and externally in product related questions
  • Strengthen the relationship between Benify and its suppliers as well as the relationship between marketplace and internal functions

This is what we’re looking for in our next E-Commerce Manager:As  E-commerce Manager, you have excellent analytical skills and understand that statistics and data are the foundation of how to optimize our deals and their associated campaigns. You have a creative and commercial mindset that  enables you to optimize the product to produce maximum engagement among users. You have a strong can-do attitude and take the lead that’s needed to reach and exceed your goals. 

We also see that you have: 

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience from E-commerce or Affiliate marketing 
  • A bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration or similar
  • Technical know-how of E-commerce platforms and programming basics
  • Fluent knowledge in Swedish and English, both verbal and written. Additional language skills are an advantage
