Your role as Project Manager
As a Project Manager in the International Delivery Team, you will be acting as the interface between our global clients and Benify, you will have full responsibility for your assigned projects within the international market, and their successful launch and handover to ongoing services. You will be planning, organizing, executing, and monitoring all measures relating to a project roll-out from day one to launch for Benifys’ global and complex clients. As a part of this role, you will define and implement an effective project governance structure depending on the complexity of the project. Furthermore, you will be accountable for the project scope, the project team, resources, and the success or failure of the project.

In this position you will also:

  • Lead implementation projects for Benifys’ global clients in the International segment which mainly includes implementation of new client countries, implementation of additional modules on existing clients, and implementation of unique client solutions on existing clients
  • Facilitate the scoping process with a cross-functional team to capture detailed requirements and continuously prioritize requirements based on resources, scope change, and service delivery agreements
  • Plan projects by specifying time estimates, resource requirements, and schedules divided into phases and milestones
  • Lead internal projects where required
  • Take into consideration client needs and feedback in order to develop a deeper understanding of the market potential and thereby contributing to the trend-setting development of our products

As a Project Manager, you need to be a superstar in building strong relationships with c-level executives, manage client expectations with ease, be solution-focused, and adapt project methodology to different projects and client types. Your collaboration skills must be excellent as you will be working closely across cross-functional teams and with both internal and external stakeholders. Of course, being able to make your own decisions and influence our current working processes is something that comes naturally to you.

We also see that you have:

  • Successfully obtained your degree in economics, finance, computer science, or a comparable field of study
  • Minimum of 4 – 6 years’ experience in the field of software project management
  • Manage multiple complex projects and the ability to adapt the approach to delivery based on client needs
  • A professional written and spoken language proficiency in German and English

Advantages:

  • Previous knowledge within HR compensation and benefits
  • Experience working for a direct competitor in the HR Comp and Bens software industry
  • Experience working with JIRA and Confluence or a certificate in PMP Agile, Prince2, or similar
