Do you have a proven track record in closing large new business technology deals for a benefits technology company? Do you have experience with targeting large clients in the enterprise segment? Yes? Then you might be who we are looking for!
Your role as Business Development Director
As a Business Development Director, you are responsible for building up your sales pipe and targeting global decision-makers in large multinational companies. You will be managing complex sales processes and developing your account from the first contact to closing. During this process, you represent Benify professionally by introducing the company, its history, and our offering in the best way possible. During meetings, your task is to establish what needs and issues the client has and demonstrate how Benify can help solve these issues. Once confirmed Benify is the right solution, you will negotiate and set a clear agenda with the potential client to purchase Benify’s solution.
Who are you?
To thrive in this position, you naturally have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and get energy from building new relationships with C-level executives. With strong communication skills, a strategic and constructive selling approach, you are able to define in what ways our product can be customized to fit our clients and their needs.
