Your role as Project Manager
As a Project Manager in the International Delivery Team, you will be acting as the interface between our clients and Benify. You will have full responsibility for your assigned projects within the international market, and their successful launch and handover to ongoing services. You will be planning, organizing, executing, and monitoring all measures relating to a project roll-out from day one to launch. Furthermore, you will be accountable for the project scope, the project team, resources, and the success or failure of the project.

As a Project Manager, you need to be a superstar in building strong relationships, and manage client expectations with ease, be solution-focused and adapt project methodology to different projects and client types. Your collaboration skills must be excellent as you will be working closely across cross-functional teams and with multiple stakeholders of varying levels of seniority. Of course, being able to make your own decisions and influence your current working processes is something that comes naturally to you.
