Our Enterprise Sales Team has a tremendous history of success and has been an important part of building the foundation of Benify. The team has been talented in leading Benify to win the best logos in Sweden and have a commanding market share. We are now embarking on a new strategy that requires us to think differently, where we will continue to drive growth through the acquisition of new clients and developing innovative ways to sell more to existing clients. Therefore, we are now looking for an inspiring leader who is passionate about sales and driving change.  

Your role as Head of/Sales Director Enterprise Nordics 
As the Head of/Sales Director Enterprise Sales Nordics, you will lead a team of highly skilled salespeople and support them to win new clients. Leading from the front, you will mentor, coach, and engage the team in specific sales processes to drive new business. Furthermore, you will develop the sales team, which includes recruiting, hiring and training of new team members – to ensure a winning team through meaningful performance and talent development. 

In this position, you will also:  

  • Challenge and change the status quo to help the team mature and develop to the next level   
  • Set clear expectations and ambitious sales goals for the team   
  • Continuously follow up on pipeline growth and its quality to ensure high activity and outstanding performance among employees   
  • Drive programs and high levels of activity for pipeline generation
  • Standardize sales processes and the ways of working, and work closely with the rest of the company to reach its business goals

As our new Head of/Sales Director Enterprise Sales Nordics, you are a coach and mentor at heart. You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong personal interest in driving and inspiring your team to perform and reach its goals.   

We also see that you have:  

  • Proven success selling a SaaS solution in the Swedish market  
  • Previous experience creating high performing teams and leading them to success through inspiring and engaging leadership 
  • Excellent presentation, engagement, and negotiation skills  
  • Professional language proficiency in Swedish and English, written and spoken    
  • Successfully obtained a degree in economics, finance, business, or a comparable field of study  
  • Experience selling HR-tech solutions is an advantage but not required
