We are rapidly growing globally and our Sales team needs support from an International Bid Manager to ensure that our RFP responses maintain the highest standards and at the same time drive improvements across our sales organisation.

Your role as International Bid Manager

As an International Bid Manager, you will be at the forefront of our continued growth journey by managing our RFP processes. You will be cooperating with various departments, across our various global offices, with each project providing a new and varied team to work with.

This is what we are looking for in our new International Bid Manager

As our new International Bid Manager we would like to see that you have previous experience in project management and producing business documents for high-level stakeholders. You will need to be strong at writing persuasive arguments and love finding solutions to all different types of client requests.

Whilst experience is great, finding the right person who fits in well in our team is the most important. We’re looking for a flexible, ambitious and self-driving person that wants to be a part of our global journey and get fully involved in the Benify life!

We would also like someone that has the following skills/background:

  • Native English speaker
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in a SaaS company is advantageous but not a must
  • German-speaking is advantageous but also not a must

Practical Information:

Start: As soon as possible
Extent: Fulltime 100% 
Location: London, with flexible and remote working possible.
