Your role as Product Operations Lead
As a Product Operations Lead you work throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) as a bridge between the commercial side, the virtual R&D department and act as the right hand to the CPO. You will be a key player in the early stages of the SDLC by setting an impact of product development up against costs of developing and running the functionality and risks. In other words, you hold the key to make product development at Benify “fly-of the shelf” and into the hands of our B2B and B2C users globally.

This role requires all aspects of leadership such as being a cultural role model, gain and build trust, have an owner's mindset, drive healthy friction and forge unity. You will facilitate the OKR process within the product department as well as expedite BOPO, a forum where business-, and product owner’s meet to prioritize among future product development opportunities. As the Product Operations Lead you will be in collaboration with many different departments, in particular Marketing, Product Management, UX, Tech, Client Relations, and Sales – it’s a 360 exposure to a global company that requires strong informal leadership and navigation skills.

In this position, you will also:

  • Translating business needs into product development opportunities
  • Rolling out and ensuring the uptake of product development globallyboth among clients and end-users in all markets and segments (currently 33 countries and 5 segments)

Does it sound interesting? Great! Here's what we are looking for:
As our new Product Operations Lead, you get energy from people management and to work with many different stakeholders within the organization. You have strong structure-, and prioritizing-skills and have the capability to lift your gaze ansee a more strategic perspective of different situations. If there's a possibility to be more proactive you take it in a heartbeat because you value the opportunity to be one step ahead rather than two steps behind. You are a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, often senior groups.

We also see that you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing or similar with at least 2 years of experience in a market-facing role (e.g. delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research)
  • Previous experience from a leadership position.
  • MSc/MA/MBA in Business, Technology, Marketing, Communications or similar
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Strong analytical skills and data literacy
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office and Jira (Atlassian suite)

We also see that you have a strong knowledge within tech, as well as a commercial mindset – to really understand both sides of the business. Finally, you are a leader who sets clear expectations for your team, but at the same time motivates them to be their very best selves.

Do we have you on the hook now? This is what we can offer you!
