As we are continuously growing both in the Nordics and on the global market, we need to strengthen our UX department with a User Researcher. Are you keen on being a specialist in your area and have an important role in understanding existing and future user needs? Then this is the job for you! 

Your role as User Researcher 

You will work broadly across our business, observe users and provide valuable user insights for our product developmentYou will become an important part of UX-department, working closely together with talented people from Tech, Product and UX. On a daily basis you will curiously dig into problems and turn observations into usable insights.  

What you will do:  

  • Plan and perform end-user study using eg. prototypes, observations, interviews, surveys or other quantitative research methods.  
  • Document end-user needs using UX methods such as; personas, user journey and story boards.  
  • Document, coordinate and communicate insights and user needs to our cross functional product development teams .
  • Perform end-user evaluation on mock-ups. 
  • Continue to develop Research processes and guidelines. 
  • Shape the design culture at Benify and share knowledge by participating in different workshops, internally and externally. 

Who are you? 

You probably think UX is the greatest thing ever invented, like being a specialist and stay updated on what’s new in the area. Since this role includes analyzing data and translating this into usable insights – you have an analytical mindset. You will meet with our users, clients and internal stakeholders as well as working close with peers within product and tech so therefore we believe you have strong communication and collaboration skills, not afraid to lead a workshop and ability to build trust within the organization.  

You profile:  

  • Relevant education in UX, ex. Industrial Design Engineering  
  • Experience from common UX research procedures like personas, card sorting, interview techniques etc.  
  • Fluent language skills in both Swedish and English  
  • It’s a bonus if you have worked with the tool Motomo  
  • If you can send us a portfolio/samples where you documented your work processes, we will be extra interested in your application.
