Your role as Benefit Manager
As a Benefit Manager you will have a crucial role in our continued success with the delivery of international client projects. You will work as a consultant towards our international clients and support them in the digitalization of their Total Reward and Benefits Administration processes according to best practice and the software solutions available. This means that you will proactively consult with the client and steer complex benefit processes from inception through to implementation, testing, and launch. Additionally, you will also be responsible for collaborating with providers of benefits globally from first point of contact through to testing and launch.
In this role, you will be our expert in the global benefit market, you will also assume the role of Benfiy’s solution expert in sales meetings along with sharing your knowledge of the technical set-up of benefits, supplier integrations and other HR processes with both internal and external stakeholders. It is expected that you will continuously research and grow your knowledge of the global benefit market.
