Your role as Benefit Manager 
As a Benefit Manager you will have a crucial role in our continued success with the delivery of international client projects. You will work as a consultant towards our international clients and support them in the digitalization of their Total Reward and Benefits Administration processes according to best practice and the software solutions available. This means that you will proactively consult with the client and steer complex benefit processes from inception through to implementation, testing, and launch. Additionally, you will also be responsible for collaborating with providers of benefits globally from first point of contact through to testing and launch.  

In this role, you will be our expert in the global benefit marketyou will also assume the role of Benfiys solution expert in sales meetings along with sharing your knowledge of the technical set-up of benefits, supplier integrations and other HR processes with both internal and external stakeholders. It is expected that you will continuously research and grow your knowledge of the global benefit market. 

The position as Benefit Manager international also includes:  

  • Create lean, standardized processes for implementing benefits 
  • Coordinate the implementation of system requirements in partnership with the project manager 
  • Ensure that the software solution has a high quality user experience along with efficient benefit administration processes agreed with benefit providers and client payroll 
  • Complete the Function Design – documenting system requirements to support the clients benefit scheme, taking all technical, economic, and legal aspects into consideration  
  • Actively support product development initiatives  
  • Collaborate in cross-functional delivery teams

Do we have you on the hook yet? Good! These are the requirements that we be looking for in our next Benefit Manager: 
As always, your personal competencies are the most important for us. As a Benefit Manager, you need to be a superstar in building strong relationships, manage client expectations with ease, be solutions focused and remain calm under pressure. Your collaboration skills must be excellent since you will be working in cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders of varying levels of seniority. 

More formally, we want you to have:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, economics, finance, computer science or similar 
  • Min: 2 – 4 years’ experience in field of software Business Analysis and/or configuration 
  • Knowledge of international benefit processes is preferable to local experience 
  • We would love you to have experience of working in a fast-paced environment within the HR-tech segment, but it is not a requirement. Even better, if you have worked at one of our competitors, we would be extremely interested in discussing the role further.
