Your role as a Key Account Manager International  

As a Key Account Manager International you own the client relationship and are responsible for its success at Benify. You are the strategic lead for the client, offering advice and solutions so that the clients are actively getting the concrete business value that they were expecting from us. You will be in charge of a portfolio of Enterprise/Global accounts where you make sure the transition from implementation to business-as-usual runs as smoothly as possible. Happy clients are crucial to our future success and you can be the critical factor that makes the biggest difference. Each satisfied client increases our ability to close new sales!

The position as Key Account Manager International also includes:

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain outstanding relationships and promote advocacy
  • Increase revenue by spotting and closing growth opportunities
  • Negotiate, upsell and close contract renewals
  • Maximize client satisfaction by taking on and acting upon their feedback
  • Hold, attend and participate in client meetings and calls as required

Who are you?
The role as a Key Account Manager International is a challenging and fun role where your work has a direct impact on Benify’s success. To succeed in the role we see that you are a strategist with a consultative and business mindset. You are a self-starter and a problem solver with good attention to details. Acting proactively comes natural to you. You are a relationship building person with a genuine desire and ability to interact with others. We love our clients and believe that you are a relationship building star that shares our love.

We also see that you have:

  • Between 4-5 years of a Key Account Manager, Customer Success Manager role or similar, where you have had responsibility for large client portfolios
  • Experience working with benefits in the German market
  • A professional written and spoken language proficiency in English and German. Proficiency in French is a big plus.
  • Strong advantage: experience in complex SaaS sales and/or previous experience in the HR industry
  • Strong advantage: experience working with benefits in an international setting
