We are now looking for a Senior Brand & Content Manager who will be responsible for adapting our brand and Content strategy to our target market, maintaining the brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications. The Benify brand portfolio consists of our company brand and our product brands, Lifeplan and benifyDeals. You will be a part of the Marketing & Communications department, reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communication, and managing our Creative Team.

Example of tasks:

  • Manage a team of five employees within copy, art direction and motion graphics
  • Ensure the creative team has clear goals in their mission to create brand awareness and maintain a coherent brand experience across all channels
  • Planning and executing our content strategy and production of all content for all channels throughout the content funnel
  • Developing our content strategy, including campaigns, reports, and what to communicate and when in the funnel
  • Planning and coordinating content
  • Monitoring and controlling content
  • Optimising content based on market and data
  • Long and short-term brand strategy, including our  setting style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition

Who are you?
We believe you have a hands-on attitude, are analytical, result-focused and ambitious. You have a clear understanding of brand awareness and the marketing mix. Communication comes easy to you, and you are great at maintaining good relationships with  colleagues and external contacts.

 To be successful in this position, we believe that you have:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar environment
  • Degree in Business, Advertising or Marketing or Communications
  • Brand awareness - a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • A high degree of business acumen
