This also means that we need you! As an international Product and Industry Specialist you operate where technology, business and users meet. You are eager to learn how to develop habit forming products, deepen your industry knowledge within financial benefits and gain experience from building software products. With you onboard we look to strengthen our position in London, focusing on our international market.

As an International Product and Industry Specialist, you will:

  • Be the bridge between sales and tech (both R&D and Professional Service) to make sure we develop a competitive and standardized and provider proposition.
  • Be responsible for several Provider clients, including supporting the smooth transition from implementation to business-as-usual (BAU).
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain outstanding relationships and promote advocacy, escalating and coordinating client issues to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Collect market and client input and feedback on how our products can be developed further. Based on Benifys core competences and capabilities support international opportunities for a scalable multinational financial benefit offering.
  • Act as a client facing product and industry expert towards both existing and potential provider clients internationally. With ease you present Benify offering in an appealing way.
  • Maximize client satisfaction by taking on and acting upon their feedback given through NPS. You will also plan and execute provider client training sessions, educating providers on the functionality and configuring the system.
  • Be the first point of contact for the provider client to address queries, manage change or coordinate a response to an incident. You will also hold, attend and participate in provider client meetings and calls as required.

As always, your personal competencies are the most important for us. As International Product and Industry Specialist, you must have a strong commercial mindset and can identify opportunities that will strengthen our position and competitiveness within the product and industry area. You have an analytical mindset and ability to solve problems in an environment of shared resources and cross team collaboration. You are a true team player and thrive working with others.

You have passion for product and industry knowledge, define the scope, calculate a business case for deals and lead the internal pricing discussions between sales and tech to make sure profitability within the provider sales segment. Of course, you are a strategic mastermind and have the ability to implement the overall company strategy.  

 More formally, we want you to have:  

  • Have experience from the financial sector and a master’s degree in business or technology.
  • Broad experience of working in an international context, with strong knowledge about the global talent market across multiple different business areas.
  • Have min. 2-3 years of experience within business development or related work in the financial sector.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Additional language is a strong merit.
