Your role as Head of Delivery International 
As the Head of Delivery International, you will lead the Delivery International team of Project Managers. The team members work in agile cross-functional squads in their daily deliveries, both to implement new clients to the Benify platform as well as developing existing ones. Leading from the front, you will develop the function Delivery International’s competence and ways of working, by creating a foundation where function members can thrive, grow and have the support they need to succeed with delivery in their squads. Your role also includes recruiting, hiring, and training new team members – to ensure a winning team through meaningful performance and talent development.  

In this position, you will also: 

  • Facilitate the pipeline of incoming client requests and distribution to the various squads 
  • Support the team in their daily work, and personal development 
  • Collaborate with other function leaders, to ensure alignment between the squads, and the delivery plan 
  • Match members of the different functions to the squads based on competence and client 
  • Setting the strategic direction for delivery management
  • Support sales and Client relations in incoming project initiatives

As Head of Delivery International, you are a coach and mentor at heart. You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong personal interest in driving and inspiring your team to perform and reach its goals. We see that you have a strategic mindset in workforce planning and the ability to coordinate and execute the decisions made. 

We also see that you have: 

  • Minimum 4 years experience from a leadership position including wage-setting responsibilities for more than 5 people
  • A Bachelor's Degree in economics, industrial economics, or equivalent
  • Several years of working experience from the Project Management area 
  • Experience of leading a team through transformation
  • Experience of leading process improvements 
  • Professional language proficiency in English, written and spoken 
  • Experience from working with a SaaS-solution is a strong advantage 
  • Experience from working with agile methods, and mixing agile with waterfall is a strong advantage 

Furthermore, you have comprehensive knowledge of project methodology and how to interpret and use a project methodology in non-standardized projects with high complexity.
