Your role as Operations Specialist
As the Operation Specialist at Benify, you will support the Country Manager in Lithuania with administrative tasks. This is a position where you will have your hands in many different parts of the daily operation and be the key figure to make everything run smoothly. You will be supporting with tasks like invoice coordination, holiday administration, office supply management, presentation drafting as well as helping with the drafting of employment contracts and ad hoc tasks like office event and travel coordination. You will work closely with both Client Relations and Client Success Managers, where you will support them with the control and upload of different client-specific files and sometimes minor configurations.
