Marketing Coordinator (German Market) - Munich or London

Your role as Marketing Coordinator
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be based in Münich / London and work closely to our international sales team and your colleagues abroad. You will be a part of the Marketing & Communications Department at Benify, which is located in our HQ in Stockholm.

Your responsibility will be ensuring that we engage in the right marketing activities to attract and convert key target accounts for your specific markets - Germany (DACH). Among your responsibilities, you will coordinate campaigns, administer marketing activities, create content and coordinate translations. Email marketing will also be a vital part of your role - planning, following up and being an expert in our team.

In this position, you will also:

• Set the marketing plan with focus on account-based marketing such as events, webinars, campaigns, and make sure that it’s aligned with Benify’s global marketing plan
• Take responsibility for your markets (Germany) blog posts and follow up and increase the number of subscribers
• Align closely with sales and SDR to reach our common goals
• Write campaign assets in German, including lead nurturing emails, landing pages, social captions
• Coordinate translation/text production when necessary
• Write organic social media captions and manage the social media for your markets to increase reach on Xing, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
• Build and nurture relationships with relevant journalists and media in your markets
• Take overall responsibility for Benify’s email marketing and marketing automation

As a Marketing Coordinator, you are naturally hands-on with a can-do attitude. You are analytical, driven, results-focused, and ambitious. You have a clear understanding of international marketing and communication and great at maintaining relationships with colleagues and external contacts.

 To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate has:

• Relevant years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator
• Tech, SaaS, B2B experience which is particularly relevant
• Previous experience with marketing automation and/or email marketing
• A background in marketing where you have created content and written pieces 
• Native/ professional proficiency in German, as well as strong spoken and written English. (Fluency in Dutch a major plus)
