We are now looking to build on our current success and execute on the market opportunities by growing and developing our world class Sales Development Organization (SDR). Have you experience from leading a demand generation and pipeline development team for a software organization? Do you also feel confident and knowledgeable enough to challenge, and help us re-invent our approach to lead development to take us to the next level of growth? Then this is the role for you! 
Your role as SDR Manager 
As SDR Manager, you will be responsible for driving continued success at the top of the funnel for Benify. Together with senior leadership, you will build on our existing lead generation and pipeline development strategies to improve efficiency across the sales organizations. Set and communicate clear objectives for both individuals and teams, as well as motivate them to exceed their objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results and creative initiatives are key tasks to succeed in the role. 

In this position, you will also: 

  • Have a strong point of view on how to evolve and improve our tech stack to monitor and drive mail, call, and other relevant metrics/reports to improve sales performance 
  • Lead and mentor fantastic sales talent to qualify, nurture and deliver leads to our quota-carrying Sales Team 
  • Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional talent

As the SDR Manager, you are entrepreneurial and results-driven at heart. To coach, lead and develop existing teams makes you roll up your sleeves a bit further to ensure that you reach and exceed both your own, the teams, and the individuals' monthly, quarterly and annual goals. You have a consistent track record of identifying team needs and successfully implementing solutions. 

We also see that you have: 

  • 2+ years in Software sales as an Individual Contributor and experience of managing an SDR team in a fast-paced, highly competitive software sales environment 
  • A history of consistently performing above team quota and being able to forecast accurately 
  • Experience in leading high-performing teams and building camaraderie and community across multiple geographies 
  • Effectively lead, trained and developed teams with the right combination of data, strong personal leadership, and passion  
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to sell to decision-making levels 
  • Strong CRM skills and knowledge 
  • Professional language proficiency in English, written and spoken. An additional language is always welcomed at Benify
