As the Head of Training & Enablement you will own the software learning journey for Benifyers, clients and partners.   

You are responsible for leading and executing the training & enablement strategy, setting goals, measuring performance and improving ways of working. You will ensure that Benifyers, clients and partners are able to use the platform with ease and are able to learn new areas of the software through a variety of media.  Your actions should result in reduced implementation times, smooth client onboarding and high client satisfaction.  

This is a unique opportunity to develop and create this program from scratch for a fast-growing SaaS company


As Head of Training & Enablement you will:  

  • Spearhead our aim to have an industry leading offering when it comes to training, onboarding and implementation of our software 
  • Consult with cross-functional teams to ensure training considerations are incorporated into new and existing service offerings and when new features/ functionality is released 
  • Work across multiple departments across Benify to build repeatable training material 
  • Define and implement the training and enablement strategy for Benifyers and our clients and partners, both online and face to face  
  • Design, develop and deliver training sessions for existing and new clients  
  • Define the learning journey for all Benifyers; both for new joiners to the business and those needing to learn new skills as it relates to “FPS” our core platform 
  • Enable our clients and partners to maximise the use of the software and self-serve as much as possible  
  • Build out a training accreditation methodology 
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain outstanding relationships and promote advocacy 
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs through client satisfaction and feedback. Establish milestones to ensure progress and efficacy  


Skills and Experience you will need:

  • Extensive and provable experience in a technology related training lead position
  • A solid background in designing, developing and delivering innovative and creative training material, delivery sessions and communication plans 
  • robust background in creating a training curriculum and associated certification programs 
  • Strong experience of SaaS 
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills  
  • Strong planning skills, that are proven in fast-paced environment 
  • The ability to travel across our office locations  



This position will report to the VP International Client Success  



 Stockholm/ London
