We have more than 2 million users worldwide and are rapidly growing globally. Some of our biggest clients are headquartered in the UK. We have recently won some major UK cases giving us a proven foundation in the market and are now looking to build on that success with entrepreneurial Sales Executives who love to drive change.

Your role as a Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building your sales pipe line and targeting global decision-makers in large multinational companies. You will be an individual contributor managing complex sales processes and developing your account from initial contact to closure. During this process, you will be representing Benify professionally by introducing the company, its history, and our offering in the best possible way. During meetings you will be identifying clients requirements and any challenges, by demonstrating how Benify can help to solve those. As part of that process you will recommend the best solution and help the client make the right choice. You will negotiate and set a clear agenda for the client to purchase the right Benify solution.

Who are you?
To thrive in this position, you will have the natural ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment whilst managing multiple projects simultaneously. You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the drive and passion for developing and managing C-level relationships. A strong communicator with a strategic and pragmatic selling approach, you will be able to define how our product can be customised to meet clients’ needs.

You flourish when using your critical and strategic mind-set to conceptualise the perfect configuration of our platform for new client needs. You are always seeking new opportunities and looking for the next challenge.

Successful attributes we look for:

  • A degree in business, technology or similar
  • Substantial experience in selling complex SaaS products to enterprise companies and a proven track record of closing new and large business tech sales
  • Knowledge of UK benefits a strong preference but not essential  
  • Success in exceeding revenue goals as an individual contributor
  • English as your native language with an additional language being a bonus
