Your role as International Field Marketing Manager

We are now looking for an International Field Marketing Manager to help Benify grow and secure its position in key markets through lead generation and account-based marketing. Based in London, you will report to the Director of Marketing and Communications and be part of our Marketing and Communications department in Sweden. You will also collaborate closely with our marketing specialists and creative department, led by our brand manager.

Main responsibilities

As International Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating marketing plans for our international markets, which currently comprise the UK, the US, Germany, the Netherlands, and the Nordics.  You will work closely with our sales department, generate leads from key target accounts, and ensure we run field marketing activities that generate and fill our pipeline with qualified leads. Reporting to you will be three field marketing specialists and a part-time student based in Denmark collectively focusing on the UK/US, DACH/BENELUX, and Nordic markets.

As International Field Marketing Manager, you will:  

  • Research and evaluate all local opportunities for visibility in our target groups and create a marketing plan for the identified markets accordingly. 
  • Be a local market expert and a key link between sales and our global marketing team.  
  • Follow up and report on all local activities, including providing numbers and an analysis of results.  
  • Coordinate all our campaigns, including setting up and coordinating materials in Hubspot.
  • Follow up and evaluate local lead nurturing efforts, including emails and nurture workflows with your team. 
  • Align with local sales in outbound campaigns and lead nurturing.  
  • Work closely with our digital marketing specialist on SEO, GADS, social media advertising and other digital marketing initiatives. Our digital marketing specialist is responsible for agency collaborations.
  • Work closely with our webmaster, making sure our webpages are current, accurate and use the correct tone of voice for each relevant local market.   
  • Be responsible for developing and maintaining a list of PR contacts and journalists in your respective markets.   
  • Structure, plan, and host events, seminars, and webinars in your markets.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that we have the right content to succeed in our target markets. Our brand manager and creative department will handle our content strategy in close collaboration with you and your team to produce the content needed for each market.
  • Additionally, you will coordinate advertising, events, and webinars with our marketing specialists. You will be in charge of local messaging, keywords, and organizing translations into the local language(s) when needed.

We believe that you will have a hands-on attitude, are analytical, driven, result-focused and ambitious. You have a clear understanding of international marketing and communications and are great at fostering relationships with colleagues and external contacts

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have: 

  • Credible experience as a Marketing Manager / Field Marketing Specialist in an international environment
  • Experience in leading a multi dispersed team
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in field marketing activities, email marketing, marketing automation, events, webinars as well as account based and digital marketing

It would be highly desirable if you have:

  • B2B tech, SaaS experience
  • Experience in content creation
  • Copywriting
  • Hubspot
