Your role as Business Development Representative (BDR) 
The BDR mission will be to help Benify achieve its goals by working closely with our Senior Sales Manager who you will assist in complex sales processes. In our international tech business, you will get familiar with the customer acquisition and business development processes from initiation, and become an expert in cloud-based software sales. From the initial customer contact to the conclusion of the contract you will be involved in the entire sales process and develop tailor-made, innovative solutions for our customers. You are responsible for building a pipeline of qualified clients whilst developing expertise in consultative selling.

As the BDR you will be: 

  • Creating lead generations through social media channels (e. g. LinkedIn and XING), telephone calls, email, mailing 
  • Booking meetings and contributing to a the very important part of building the sales pipeline  
  • Executing web-meetings to qualify leads, in order to set up appointments for Senior Sales Managers 
  • Answering incoming leads and qualifying them
  • Collaborating with international colleagues for marketing activities
  • Constantly evaluating and improving work processes with the use of sales and marketing toolsL Soamply, Hubspot and CRM 

It’s also important that you have: 

  • Sufficient sales related experience within in a fast-growing start-up organisation 
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • The confidence and ability to new seek opportunities and build new relationships
  • A hands-on approach with the proactivity to push yourself beyond your comfort zone   
  • The passion for consultative selling and business development
  • The vision to always be thinking ahead and wanting to create an impact with clients 
  • Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English whilst being a native German speaker
