We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a highly committed and engaging talent team who are always striving to be the best at what they do !

Main responsibilities 

The role includes responsibility for leading and executing the full life cycle of the hiring process in partnership with the hiring managers. You will take a pivotal and active part in our growth by helping to attract and hire exceptional people, promote our employer brand and nurture our great work environment.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be recruiting and entrusted with an ongoing quest to attract and discover great talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with candidates and employees. 

You will:

  • Have experience of leading recruitment for sales positions internationally
  • Have great stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence people’s thinking and actions in order to secure a great outcome
  • Be accountable for the delivery of talent into our international markets aligned to our growth roadmap
  • Have experience of delivering employer branding plans and content for your client groups
  • Have a high degree of social media savviness through using various sourcing methodologies including LinkedIn, job boards, networking forums amongst others   
  • Have a slight obsession with data. Whether it's tracking your own performance or using data to better advise your client, we place a high value on facts and figures
  • Have an international mindset. You'll have experience of hiring in mainland Europe we well as the UK


  • Extensive end-to-end full life cycle recruitment experience
  • Passionate about people and recruitment, optimistic with a positive attitude, tech savvy, accountable with a motivation to make an impact as well as the understanding of being part of a scale up global organisation 
  • Ideally experience of leading recruiting of sales positions, or the adaptability and interest to do so
  • Proven experience with sourcing methods and skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a highly entrepreneurial environment
  • Collaborative, creative, open minded and detail oriented
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
