Main responsibilities 

As a Configuration Specialist you will be an expert in the various configurations of the Benify platform. Your days will be filled with various, fast-paced and stimulating tasks in a dynamic and diverse work environment. 

Your main responsibility is to ensure that the portal configuration is coherent with client requirements and you own the process from portal creation, configuration and updates on new and existing clients, to handover. In your daily work you will be part of an agile project team, where you work cross-functionally with other teams to deliver the right functionality and most flexible solution to our international and multinational clients. As a Configuration Specialist, you will for instance:

  • Configure the system and different solutions after internal and external requests
  • Agree on reporting processes together with the client
  • Ensuring correct financial outcome of benefits
  • Configure the look and feel of the portal and client communication
  • Be responsible for technical support and internal training

Requirements 

To succeed in the role as a Configuration Specialist we see that you possess analytical skills, like a problem to solve and you do not hesitate to take the initiative whenever you see an opportunity for improvement. You like to work with a wide range of tasks and have the ability to work independently and take ownership of, and prioritize between, your projects and tasks. We see that you have good communication and social skills and are able to cooperate with internal and external contacts. Additionally, you enjoy working in a fast-paced, open environment and learning new things.

To succeed in this role, we also see that you have some of the below: 

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent 
  • Fluent English, both orally and written
  • Basic knowledge of accounting rules, tax rules, and wage types 
  • Previous work experience as a Financial Assistant, Administrator, Configuration Specialist, or similar  
  • Proficient in German or Dutch
