Your role as Transaction Specialist: 
 
As a Transaction Specialist you will get the opportunity to work in a very varied role, with some of the Benify core client deliveries. You will be an expert in the benefit transactions flow, working both with scheduled tasks as well as improvements and quality projects. Your days will be filled with various, fast-paced and stimulating tasks in a dynamic and diverse work environment.  

As a Transaction Specialist, you will:

  • Import and trouble shoot supplier data 
  • Generate, control and quality assure payroll files, expense invoices and accounting orders 
  • Support our clients, suppliers and colleagues with transaction questions, investigations, training and best practice 
  • Participate and lead improvement and automation projects 
     

Who are we looking for: 
 
To succeed in the role as a Transaction Specialist you will possess analytical skills to identify and analyse outcomes of different solutions. You will combine your quality of approach with efficiency, to take the initiative in any opportunity for improvement. You will thrive by working  with a wide range of tasks whilst being part of an energetic, fun and highly performing team. 

We are also looking for: 

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent through work experience 
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written 
  • Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLookup, macro)  
  • Experience and confidence of working with large amounts of data  
  • Previous work experience as a Financial Assistant, Administrator or similar
