We are on an exciting growth journey and are now looking for a Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative, your mission will be to help Benify achieve its sales goals by working closely with our Senior Sales Managers to identify and generate new opportunities from out-bound activities.
Being part of an international HR tech company, you will have exposure of customer acquisition and business development from the start and become an expert in cloud-based software sales. You are responsible for building a pipeline of qualified companies whilst simultaneously gaining experience in consultative selling.
What you will be doing
- Generating new opportunities for our International Sales Team – via cold calling, LinkedIn, email and more
- Identifying new prospects through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and adding to/updating our CRM systems accordingly
- Collaborating with Senior Sales Managers to target key accounts
- Qualifying in-bound leads and identify if they should move through to a Demo
- Collaborating with our colleagues from the international offices for marketing activities
- Constantly thinking innovatively and sharing ideas with your SDR colleagues on improvements
