MAIN PURPOSE FOR THE ROLE
In the role of Client Success Manager International, you will own the operational day to day running of our clients.
The role involves a wide range of client facing work, that varies both in scope and complexity. Acting as the spider in the web with a strong focus on problem solving, the Client Success Manager will ensure that all errands end up in the right place and clients are regularly updated and communicated with. You will be responsible for answering client queries via email and telephone, tracking and progressing client requests, scoping change and acting as a point of escalation for any incidents. You will work closely with Key Account Managers who are responsible for nurturing our long-term client relationships, and a broad international network of Benify stakeholders.

To succeed in the role, you will need to be driven and quality-conscious in your work. We are looking for individuals with strong analytical ability who enjoy problem solving. You will need to be unpretentious and pragmatic, with a consistent a customer focus.
Passion for working with people and getting things done is key. It is crucial that you are organised and structured – your time management and ability to prioritise will be vital to succeed in the role of Client Success Manager. An independent mindset is important – with the ability to plan and be self-motivated; a good investigative curiosity which will help you thrive in this fast paced environment.
