To ensure we deliver value and exceed our clients expectations, we are looking for our new Head of Account Management- Public Sector Nordics, who will drive and follow up on sales and professionalize our ways to work with clients. Your role as Head of Account Management- Public Sector Nordics

As the Head of Account Management- Public Sector Nordics, you will bear the commercial responsibility for our Client Success function, focusing on the Public Sector in Sweden. You will be responsible for leading a team of 5 employees, who are working towards existing public clients. The team works in close collaboration with Sales Public, Sales Operations and Client Success Management and you will report to Head of Client Success Nordics.  

In this position, you will also:   

  • Support the team in their daily work 
  • Focus on performance and talent management, including recruiting, hiring and training of new Benifyers 
  • Be commercially responsible for our client base in the public sector, where you will drive and follow up on sales as well as ensuring client satisfaction 
  • Foster and maintain a strong collaboration between your team and other departments at Benify, to ensure an excellent client experience

As Head of Account Management- Public Sector Nordics  you are a coach and mentor at heart. You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong personal interest in driving and inspiring your team to perform and reach its goals. We see that you are commercially driven and are intrigued by the exciting challenge to drive change and take our Client Success function to the next level.   
We also see that you have:   

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience from leading a Sales and/or Client Success team to success at a SaaS company 
  • In-depth understanding of working towards existing clients in the Public Sector, from a commercial perspective 
  • Professional language proficiency in Swedish and English, written and spoken. An additional language is always welcomed since we are a global company  

It’s meritorious if you:  

  • Have good knowledge of Public Procurement laws 
  • Have an academic degree
