In the role as Nordic Bid Manager you will join the Commercial Operations Team and be working with the large and complex sales cases both in the public and private sector. Your everyday life will include:

  • Working closely with the Nordic Sales team and be responsible for managing the entire bid and proposal process
  • Set and execute on the Nordic Bid Management strategy
  • Manage and coordinate a variety of stakeholders across the organization
  • Ensure high quality, compliant and timely delivery of competitive bids and proposals
  • Prepare and review all aspects of the bid process
  • Prepare, manage and submit tender documentation including pre-qualification requirements and bid submissions
  • Responsible for transferring all tender material and knowledge to the project execution team, securing successful start of the project.

As our new Nordic Bid Manager you have excellent communications skills and are strong at writing persuasive arguments. You are customer focused, used to handle many tasks simultaneously and love to find solutions to all different types of client requests.

Whilst experience is great, finding the right person who fits in well in our team is the most important. We’re looking for a flexible, ambitious and self-driving person that wants to be a part of our growth journey and get fully involved in the Benify life! Some experiences you may have in your luggage:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or other relevant field
  • Experience in project management, where you have produced business documents for high-level stakeholders
  • Professional language proficiency in Swedish and English, written and spoken. An additional language is always welcomed since we are a global company
  • Experience and knowledge of LOU/LUF
  • Excellent skills in MS Office

If you also have experience from a SaaS-company and/or in legal, it’s advantageous but not a must.
