Client Success Manager - Amsterdam / Vilnius / Munich / Stockholm / London

In the role of Client Success Manager International, you will own the operational day to day running of our clients.

The role involves a wide range of client facing work, that varies both in scope and complexity. Acting as the spider in the web with a strong focus on problem solving, the Client Success Manager will ensure that all errands end up in the right place and clients are regularly updated and communicated with. You will be responsible for answering client queries via email and telephone, tracking and progressing client requests, scoping change and acting as a point of escalation for any incidents. You will work closely with Key Account Managers who are responsible for nurturing our long-term client relationships, and a broad international network of Benify stakeholders. 


 As Client Success Manager you will:

  • Work with our international and multinational clients
  • Attend and participate in client meetings and calls as required
  • Communicate daily with both clients, and colleagues internally within Benify
  • Have operational management of our systems and with the technical delivery teams
  • Maintain outstanding relationships and promote advocacy
  • Action client service questions and scoping client change requests
  • Complete any allocated actions on the action log, and track progress
  • Be well versed in Benify’s solution features ensuring product value can be described, and hold product demonstrations

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • Experience of direct client facing contact and service work
  • A university degree in technology, HR, or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Preferably some years of work experience, in a coordination, service management or customer support background
  • Interest in technology and business services. Previous experience of working in systems is useful but not mandatory
  • You have fluent English (both written and spoken). Any additional languages a bonus!

To succeed in the role, you will need to be driven and quality-conscious in your work. We are looking for individuals with strong analytical ability who enjoy problem solving. You will need to be unpretentious and pragmatic, with a consistent a customer focus.

Passion for working with people and getting things done is key. It is crucial that you are organized and structured – your time management and ability to prioritize will be vital to succeed in the role of Client Success Manager. An independent mindset is important – with the ability to plan and be self-motivated; a good investigative curiosity which will help you thrive in this fast paced environment.
