We are currently looking for a Project Manager for International where you’ll be acting as the leader of a combined project team of our clients and Benify, you will have full ownership of your assigned projects and their successful launch and handover to ongoing services. As part of this role you will plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects. Furthermore, you will be accountable for the project scope, the project team, resources, and the success or failure of the project.  

Based in London, you will report to the Head of Project Management International. 

Main responsibilities 

As Project Manager International you will: 

  • Be an expert in Agile Delivery
  • Work in collaboration with the client project team and internal colleagues to prioritise requirements based on resources, scope change and service delivery agreements 
  • Lead a trusted one team environment with the client project team through championing the values of Commitment, courage, focus, openness and respect.
  • Facilitate the scoping process with a cross functional team to capture detailed requirements 
  • Facilitate continuous improvement in the client/Benify project team through empirical data/experience and transparency, inspection and adaptation.
  • Report and follow up on project performance in relation to targets  
  • Define and implement an effective project governance structure depending on the complexity of the project 
  • Effectively manage risks and unblock, blocking issues to ensure continuous progress and risk mitigation.  
  • Effectively manage internal and external requests for change in relation to the complexity of the project to avoid scope creep 
  • Support squad team members with workload control to ensure a constant steady stream of work
  • Travel to both client and Benify offices in order to achieve a balance of maximum work efficiency and client relations 

 Requirements:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, economics, finance, computer science or similar  
  • Credible experience in software business analysis and/or configuration  
  • Knowledge of international benefit processes is preferable  
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment within the HR-tech area
