Project Associate (Project Coordinator)

We are currently looking for a Project Associate for our international team.  You will act as the project coordinator in  a combined project team of our clients and Benify, delivery important change projects of various sizes to our existing clients.

Based in Amsterdam, you will report to the Head of Project Management International. 

Main responsibilities 

As Project Manager International you will: 

• Simultaneously coordinate multiple small and medium change projects from kick-off to delivery
• Ensure the achievement of timelines, schedules and deadlines
• Manage stakeholder expectations
• Build relationship with our global & local clients
• Facilitate the scoping process with a cross functional team to capture detailed requirements 
• Have a keen interest in Benify configuration settings and be ability to do simpler configuration changes within our platform
• Support squad team members with workload control to ensure a constant steady stream of work
• Travel to both client and Benify offices in order to achieve a balance of maximum work efficiency and client relations 
• Report and follow up on project performance in relation to targets  
• Lead a trusted one team environment with the client project team through championing the values of Commitment, courage, focus, openness and respect

  Requirements:   

• Bachelor’s degree in science, economics, finance, computer science or similar  
• Credible experience or interest in software business analysis and/or configuration  
• Knowledge of international benefit processes is an advantage
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment within the HR-tech area
