As Key Account Manager, you will work with several of the largest employers in the Nordics, where you develop strategic partnerships through strategic business thinking and building long-term relationships with our existing customers. In this role, you will need to have great insight into our customers’ needs, and have a great opportunity to influence how they perceive Benify as a company and our product. By adding value, driving and further developing each unique customer relationship, you ensure that our customers continue to develop together with us. You will also drive additional sales on existing customers. Whether it could be adding on a new module, such as on-boarding, Lifeplan or our communication tool, or customizing the portal, to ensure our customers gain as much value as possible from our portal.

The position as Key Account Manager is simply a challenging and varied role where your work effort is directly related to Benify's success. To succeed in the role, we see that you are a strategist with a business and consultative mindset. You are a relationship-building person with a genuine will and ability to interact with others. We love our customers and are happy to see that you are a relationship-building star who does the same!

We also see that you have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ of experience from a role as Key Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar, where you have been responsible for large and complex strategic accounts
  • Professional language proficiency in Swedish and English, written and spoken. An additional language is always welcomed since we are a global company.
  • Experience of complex SaaS sales and/or previous experience of the HR Tech industry, is a big advantage for this position, thus not an requirement
  • Good knowledge in business systems, such as SalesForce, Hubspot and Jira
  • Leadership ambition or leadership experience is considered an extra plus
