We are now looking for an Administration and Operations Specialist (m/f) who will play a key role in our Vilnius office. Approximately 50% of your duties will consist of various clerical and administrative tasks, such as coordinating invoices, managing office supplies, onboarding new staff, coordinating events, and the like.
50% of the duties will consist of providing hands-on support to our clients in processing client files and many other areas of daily operations, and being a key player in making sure everything runs smoothly.
Your typical administration work day will consist of:
- Being the first person to greet our guests and team members
- Organizing office supplies and equipment
- Helping plan events, celebrations, and Benify conferences
- Assisting staff with office matters
- Processing invoices and paperwork
- Assisting with the smooth onboarding of new Benifyers in Vilnius
Uploading files and managing payroll:
- Checking and uploading payroll files on a regular basis
- Review recurring tasks with deadlines
- Investigate why a user file error occurred upon customer request and respond to the customer via email in Jira Service Management
- Have the opportunity to mentor less experienced colleagues as you gain more knowledge/expertise

You also have a positive attitude and always put the customer first. You have a high level of commitment and enjoy taking responsibility for your work. We see that you have good communication skills as you will be doing a lot of internal and external collaboration.
We also see that you bring the following with you :
- Relevant work experience as a Customer Support Specialist, Administrator or similar
- Experience working with different types of systems, with files and troubleshooting issues
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration or systems science, finance, economics, or equivalent is a plus
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both verbal and written
Practical Information
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Start date: As soon as we find the right candidate
Scope: Full-time, 100%
Salary: from 1100 Euro gross
