About the position: 

As a Configuration Specialist you will be an expert in the various configurations of the Benify platform. Your days will be filled with various, fast-paced and stimulating tasks in a dynamic and diverse work environment within the Nordics.

Your main responsibility will be to consult and support clients and colleagues in configuration-related issues, trouble shooting in existing Benify portal functionality as well as add new functionality to our existing clients. You will also manage a diversity of smaller incoming and/or recurring tasks relating to changes requested from both clients and colleagues. In your daily work, you will be a part of an agile, cross-functional, project team, consisting of various nationalities and competencies that together deliver the best solutions to our Nordic clients.

In this position, you will also: 

  • Configure the system and different solutions after internal and external requests
  • Ensure efficient and timely payroll and financial reporting processes
  • Help change and improve both internal processes as well as current set up for existing clients
  • Be responsible for technical support and internal training

Your preferable background:

  • Relevant work experience as a Financial Assistant, Administrator, Configuration Specialist, or similar 
  • Basic knowledge of accounting rules, tax rules, and wage types 
  • Proficient in Swedish, English - and additional Nordics language is meritorious
