About the role

As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will build brand awareness and deliver lead generation campaigns to support sales objectives. You will be responsible to set the marketing plan for your market and ensure we are taking the right marketing actions to engage key target customers. You will mainly focus on growing our Nordic SME sector, but also support our international market activities as you get warmer. You will be part of the Marketing Communications department, which consists of 12 employees, 6 of which work in Field Marketing. 

You will also

  • Determine and execute the marketing plan for your market, with a focus on Account Based Marketing (ABM), which includes events, marketing collateral, campaigns, etc. 
  • Plan, execute and follow up on webinars, including assisting sales with scripting and social media management 
  • Be responsible for email marketing and marketing automation for your sector and market within the wider Marketing Team
  • Write and manage content for your market to increase reach, brand awareness and lead capture across owned and non-owned channels.  
  • Work closely with Sales and SDR team to achieve our common goals - to grow the sales pipeline and work closely with other stakeholders at Benify

Personal attributes  

To be successful in this position, you are a doer with a proactive mindset and good organizational skills. Your ability to identify what you need to focus on means you work smarter, not harder, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. You communicate effectively with various stakeholders and enjoy building relationships, especially in Sales, with whom you will work closely to grow the pipeline for our markets, but also in the broader Benify organization. 

You will make decisions based on data when it comes to what marketing activities to take for your market and how to improve the way you work. With your ability to integrate short and long term goals into the big picture and your strong focus on achieving results, you want to lead the company to success! 

We also see that you have

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in marketing automation and/or email marketing, e.g. as a Marketing Coordinator, Field Marketing Specialist or similar 
  • Professional language skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. German, Danish and/or Dutch is a great advantage! 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or similar 
  • Experience in leading and managing multiple projects at the same time 
  • Experience in writing for marketing, e.g., supporting copywriters on social media posts and marketing collateral

It is also desirable if you have the following

  • Experience working for a SaaS company 
  • Experience in media buying and partnerships where you have run ABM campaigns 
  • Very good working knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce and/or Jira
