Key Account Manager - International
Are you our new Key Account Manager? About the role
As our Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for customer relationships and success at Benify. You will be responsible for a portfolio of international enterprise/global accounts, including smooth transition from implementation to business-as-usual (see points below). As a Key Account Manager, you will work closely with other six international KAMs as well as Client Success Managers who are responsible for operational contact with our clients. Key metrics you will work on include low churn rate, increasing client revenue and high renewal rate, and high client satisfaction. You will do this by:
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain outstanding relationships
- Provide excellent proactive service and strategic planning through our Client Success Methodology
- Deliver quarterly business reviews to clients and provide commentary on tracking success against goals and suggesting improvements that could be made
- Increase revenue by spotting and closing growth opportunities
- Negotiate, upsell, and close contract renewals.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has a strong customer and sales orientation. You are good at influencing others and have a high level of structure plus the ability to understand our product and tailor the solutions to your clients. To be successful in this position, we think you have experience in a similar role with client contact. You will be working with clients from all over the world, so strong English skills are important. Knowledge of Swedish, French, German, or Dutch is a big plus.
It's also a big plus, but not a requirement, if you have the following:
- Experience in a SaaS or tech product company
- Experience in dealing with contracts and contract renewals.

Location: Hybrid – Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Vilnius, London, Munich, or Amsterdam.
Start Date: From the end of July/beginning of August 2023 until August 2024
Salary range in Vilnius: 1850-3000 EUR/month gross, depending on the experience of the selected candidate.
