Your role as Nordic Field Marketing Manager🚀 
You will be responsible for creating the marketing plan for your market and ensuring that we take the right marketing actions to address key target customers. In this role, you will focus on growing our Nordic Sector including Enterprise, Public Sector, SME segments and support across other strategic projects within the marketing team. You will work closely with the Marketing Specialists, Nordic sales team and report to Jennifer McNeil, Head of Field Marketing & Communications located in the London office.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, executing, and evaluating marketing activities for the Nordic market with the goal of increasing conversion rates; including events, webinars, campaigns, and more
• Managing Benify's marketing automation and email marketing efforts
• Taking ownership of the blog within your market: planning, publishing, tracking, and increasing subscribers
• Working closely with the sales team to achieve our mutual goals: expanding the pipeline for your markets with new potential clients
• Working with our Swedish copywriter to ensure we have the right content to meet our marketing and sales goals
• Working with our events; planning, executing, and evaluating events and webinars in your markets
• Working closely with our creative team to identify which messages and ads work best in your market

Who are you? 💫

• At least 3-4 years of marketing automation and/or email marketing experience, e.g. as a Marketing Coordinator, Field Marketing Specialist, or similar
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or similar
• Experience in B2B marketing
• Experience in SaaS or HR tech
• Professional language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in content syndication, promoting thought leadership content across owned and non-owned channels  
• If you have previous experience with HubSpot or are an expert in the platform, that's a big plus!
  

To be successful in this position, you must be a go-getter with a proactive mindset and good organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You communicate effectively with various stakeholders and enjoy building relationships, especially in Sales, with whom you will work closely to grow the pipeline for our markets, but also in the broader Benify organization.
