ABOUT THE POSITION
As Country Manager, you will be responsible for the French market and office, ensuring that results of high quality are delivered. You will act as the local business developer and market expert to build Benifys local brand and advise the local salesforce throughout the buyer’s journey.  As a budget owner for your country you will set the local competitive strategy with respect to the budget as well as motivate and inspire your team to reach their goals.

Management and sales will be the heart of this job and you will also be in charge of:

  • Identifying market needs, develop appropriate product solutions and contribute to sales development to ensure commercial success
  • Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to optimize the operation and meet customer needs
  • Guaranteeing the profitability, the development of turnover, customer satisfaction and the proper functioning of the product
  • Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring and training

YOUR PROFILE
To be successful in this position we believe that you:

  • Have at least five years’ experience in a leading position within sales as sales manager or operational sales manager
  • Have extensive experience within complex sales
  • Speak English and French fluently

As a leader you are good at motivating, inspiring and engaging your team to achieve world-class delivery. You are confident and great at building relationships with others while having a goal oriented mindset and the ability to drive growth and enable sales. To be able to set relevant goals, you need to have a strong ability to plan and prioritize between different tasks. As a leader at Benify, it goes without saying that you have a “business mindset” to help the organization move forward on our aggressive growth journey.
