About the role
As our Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for client relationships and success at Benify. You will be responsible for a portfolio of international enterprise/global accounts, including smooth transition from implementation to business-as-usual (see points below). As a Key Account Manager, you will work closely with other six international KAMs as well as Client Success Managers who are responsible for operational contact with our clients. Key metrics you will work on include low churn rate, increasing client revenue and high renewal rate, and high client satisfaction. You will do this by:
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain outstanding relationships
- Providing excellent proactive client service and strategic planning through our Client Success Methodology
- Delivering quarterly business reviews to clients and provide commentary on tracking success against goals and suggesting improvements that could be made
- Increasing revenue by spotting and closing growth opportunities
- Negotiate, upsell, and close contract renewals.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has a strong client focus and commercial outlook. You are good at influencing others, communicating tech solutions in a simple and effective manner, and comprehend a complex product and how we can tailor the solution to our clients.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to bring the following:
- 3+ years of experience working in direct client relationship roles like Account Management or Client Management or Client Success.
- Proven experience managing large account portfolios.
- Strong customer relationship management and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and solution-oriented.
- Experience in dealing with contracts and contract renewals, proven experience in upsell and commercial discussions.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize.
- Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or another relevant field
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal in English
It's a plus if you have:
- Background in Technology, Saas – benefits or HR software
- Knowledge of German or Dutch
