Effective collaboration
Within the tech department, we foster collaboration among team members, each contributing their unique expertise. Our team comprises Software Developers, Architects, Agile Coaches, Product Owners, Information Security Specialists, DevOps Engineers, Integration Specialists, System Owners, and IT Operations Engineers. Collectively, our tech organization consists of approximately 70 employees.

Our development teams
We currently have 11 development teams (with a growing number) consisting of 4-7 software developers per team. These teams collaborate with support from UX, Product Owners, and Agile Coaches. Adhering to agile methodologies, each team has distinct focus areas directly tied to the product.

What is it? You can refer to it as a Benify Hackathon or Innovation Days. Periodically, employees have the opportunity to work on projects related to Benify, Benifiers, or our products and showcase their work during a Ship It Day. I was amazed to see how quickly I became a Benifyer. Many people joining a company can feel that the onboarding process takes ages and that they still feel 'fresh' for quite a long time. Here, there were tiny details that made the process smoother, but, most importantly, the people here make you feel at home from the first day. There is so much competence combined with a lot of modesty and common sense, and when you need help, you quickly find someone who will assist you. It's a great workplace, as simple as that.
