We have recently established our office at Masthamsgatan 5, offering breathtaking views of the port. Our spacious facility includes various meeting rooms, a large kitchen, a game room, and a delightful terrace; an ideal spot to enjoy your lunch on sunny days!

At Benify, we value the importance of enjoying work just as much as excelling in it. We frequently organize gatherings to commemorate special occasions and embrace festivities. The picture is from the lively 'move-in mingle' at our Gothenburg office, in early 2023.

Once a year, we hold tech awards. What does that entail? We present prizes to employees, projects, and teams within the tech organization based on various criteria, such as "The Teacher." This event offers a fantastic opportunity to reflect on highlights from the year and take pride in our accomplishments. Witnessing the internal expertise is truly amazing and inspiring!

Whenever there's something to celebrate, we seize the opportunity! Whether it's a casual Tuesday fika with the team in the kitchen, "Kanelbullens dag," "Chokladbollens dag," "Kladdkakans dag," or "Fettisdagen," we make sure to mark the occasion. Additionally, Fridays come with a cherished tradition of indulging in candy—it's a crucial and much-loved tradition. Because, after all, you can never have too much fika!

What is it? You can refer to it as a Benify Hackathon or Innovation Days. Periodically, employees have the opportunity to work on projects related to Benify, Benifiers, or our products and showcase their work during a Ship It Day. We believe that when people are encouraged to be creative and think outside the usual parameters, magic can happen.

Once a year, all of Benify attends a conference—an opportunity to connect with colleagues from various offices and departments. The event features inspiring speakers, offering valuable insights and inspiration for the future. Additionally, we present culture prizes during the conference. 

We engage in crossfit training together every other week. Exercising with colleagues is an excellent way to strengthen our bonds outside the office and foster better relationships. It's also an effective means of enhancing productivity at work.

Twice a week, we gather for breakfast in the kitchen. It's a perfect way to kickstart the day—sitting down with some coffee and a sandwich, engaging in casual conversation with your co-workers!

Once a year, we host a special day at the office where employees can bring their kids in the morning and their partners in the afternoon. It's a delightful opportunity to showcase your workplace to your family and spend quality time together during the day!
