Moa Bloom
I was excited by the opportunity to be a part of a growth company aiming for ‘world domination’. With this challenging mission, as an employee you’re very much expected to contribute to this journey. Meaning – your ideas really matter! Benify interested me because I believe in our platform, and the value we create for organizations and their employees worldwide.
As an Account Manager, my main mission is to make sure our clients are happy! This means developing and maintaining positive customer relations. In addition to this, my role as Team Leader gives me the opportunity to develop our growing team.
At Benify we have fun at work every day. Benifyers are helpful, ambitious and enthusiastic. We value having fun together, both at work and after! I don’t think I have ever had one day without laughing.
Everyone matters, and decision-making is very transparent and shared during all-staff meetings. We are always encouraged to be innovative and share ideas. The culture is definitely unique, with a strong team-spirit feeling and a contagious “can-do” attitude. I believe our company’s motto ‘World domination’ speaks for itself in this matter.
