Your application has been received and we will return to you with an update as soon as possible! We will screen applications continuously and may hire someone before the last application date.
Initial call with Benify's talent team📞
If we find that your background matches our requirements we will book you in for an initial video or phone call. This will be held by our Talent Acquisition Specialist who is responsible for the recruitment process. During this call, we will tell you more about Benify and the position and give you the opportunity to tell us more about your background to understand if it’s a potential match.
Hiring manager interview📣
If you proceed from the initial call you will get the chance to meet someone from the hiring team or the manager for the position. This interview is held either digitally or physically at the office.
Test or case🕵️
Proceeding to this step means that the hiring manager considers your experience and skills to be suitable for the position, and hopefully, you think the position and Benify match your expectations. Depending on the position, this step may vary, and the responsible Talent Acquisition Specialist will inform you if a test or case is included as a part of the process.
Core value interview⭐
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will invite you to a core value interview. Our core values – Show Love, Exceed Expectations and Think Ahead -
are not just words on a wall, they guide us in making decisions, collaborating with others and are part of our recruitment and employee
performance process. During this interview, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of our company's core values. If you have completed our tests, we will also have the opportunity to delve deeper into your test results during this session.
Almost getting there! Our final step in the hiring process is to collect your references digitally.
Offer & contract signing💫
This is an exciting part where your Talent Acquisition Specialist will send you the contract. You will get the time to read it through and sign digitally, easy right?
Eager to start? We will send you a welcome kit including some Benify merch, and practical information to help you navigate our company and to help you blend in like a local.
Upon joining Benify, your manager and your new team will be there to guide you through a personalized onboarding process, ensuring you gain a comprehensive understanding of our organization and your new position. You will get the chance to get to know the people you will collaborate with.
