  • As the Commercial Strategy & Revenue Operations Lead, I focus on cross-functional projects aimed at driving revenue growth and improving processes along the customer journey. With a wide range of responsibilities, each day brings new challenges. I started at Benify as a Business Controller in the finance department, helping managers with financial analysis and forecasting. This role gave me insight into all parts of the company, aiding my development. Eventually, I transitioned into the sales organization to focus on driving revenue growth, combining my passion for sales with new opportunities to help the business expand. Professionally, I've learned that communication is key. Working with various stakeholders across the company means everyone has different perspectives. Aligning on goals and strategies is crucial for success. My proudest moments aren't singular, but I take great pride in supporting our sales team. I often assist in complex contract negotiations and pricing discussions, which motivates me to keep pushing for our team's success.

  • As Director of Commercial Operations, my team ensures sales efficiency by providing the right resources and support at the right time. We focus on Sales Enablement, Buyer Enablement, Operational Excellence, and Demo Development, helping our sales teams work smarter and faster. I started at Benify in 2013 as a Project Manager/KAM when we were still Flexpay. Over the years, I’ve held various roles, including building out our early presales department and leading our international sales operations. In 2022, I became Director of Commercial Operations, growing the team from 6 to 17 members. The most rewarding part of working in sales at Benify is seeing our direct impact on business growth, especially internationally. Every success feels like a shared achievement, and it's inspiring to work with such talented, passionate people. I’m especially proud of my team’s professionalism and expertise. We have a culture of open communication, and it’s motivating to tackle challenges together.
