The sales department
Sales is part of our commercial department, where we emphasize collaboration, with each team member contributing their unique expertise. Our department includes Marketing, Sales Development, SME Sales & Edge Sales, Nordic Enterprise Sales, International Sales, and Commercial Operations.
Our sales professionals are located across multiple offices. You'll find them in nearly every Benify location, including Stockholm, Gothenburg, London, Munich, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, and Vilnius.
Working in Sales means closely collaborating with various departments across the organization. For instance, you'll work with Professional Services when handing over new clients for platform implementation, as well as with Client Success, who are managing the long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and renewal. Having a 97% retention rate is a true team effort!
At Benify, we are using modern sales tools like Salesforce as our CRM software, to enable great efficiency in the sales process.
At Benify, we offer our award-winning SaaS service to a diverse range of client segments, including multinational companies (MNCs), local enterprises, mid-market businesses, SMEs, micro-businesses, the public sector, providers, and, last but not least, Edge clients.
For most sales roles, we offer a commission in addition to the base salary, giving you the opportunity to boost your earnings through your skills, productivity, and results.

This function are selling Benify in the Nordics, and consists of around 20 employees in total, spread across 2 offices. Read more below! 🏆
SME Sales
This is our first segment and where it all started! The team works with new sales in Sweden, from prospecting, to signing deals 🤝. The team is located in Stockholm and consists of 10 employees.
Segment: Small to Medium Enterprises (clients with up to 500 employees). Some roles:

Edge Sales
Edge is a newly established team, focusing on new sales towards potential suppliers to our Marketplace. The team currently consists of 2 employees and is located in the Stockholm office. Roles within the team:

Enterprise Sales
This is our largest client segment and the team are focusing on driving revenue growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with valued prospects in the Nordics. The team is located in Stockholm and Copenhagen and consists of 8 people.
Segment: Enterprise clients (500+ employees) within both private and public sector. Some of the roles:

The Buyer Enablement team works with presales activities and are divided into Advisory and Bid Management. The team is located in London, Stockholm and Gothenburg.

The Sales Enablement team equips our sales team with the right tools, guidance and training, to enable success at every stage of the sales cycle. The Operational Excellence team drive revenue growth and improving processes along the customer journey.

Sales development
Our SDRs are located in London and Stockholm and consists of 10 employees. As SDR, you work with outreach, prospecting, and qualifying leads to Benify. Together, they play a crucial role in shortening the sales cycle for our new clients 🏆.
