About the role
As the Head of Project Management Nordics, you will be at the forefront of defining and implementing the strategic vision for Benify’s Nordic project management function. You will lead a dynamic team, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless project delivery for our clients and suppliers. This role involves fostering a collaborative and innovative culture, aligning cross-functional teams, and empowering team members to excel in a fast-paced environment. By optimizing processes and managing resources effectively, you will ensure the delivery of outstanding outcomes that align with Benify’s business objectives and core values - Exceed Expectations, Show Love, and Think Ahead.
You will lead a team of 12 individuals located in Stockholm and Malmö. This is a temporary position running from early March 2025 to early May 2026.
In this position, you will:
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor top talent to build a high-performing project management team.
- Set and monitor individual and team key results, conducting regular one-on-one sessions for development.
- Oversee performance management, salary reviews, and resource allocation to ensure team alignment with company goals.
- Conduct follow-ups on ongoing and completed projects to identify insights and areas for improvement.
- Strategically assign resources based on skills and project needs to ensure optimal project delivery.
- Encourage process improvement, client/supplier-centric problem-solving, and innovation within the team.
- Promote knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster collaboration and upskill team members.
- Collaborate closely with other function leaders within Delivery Nordics to drive the development of the department.
- Recognize individual and team achievements to boost motivation and engagement.

- A proven ability to lead teams through change and drive process improvements, or clear potential to excel in such a role.
- Exceptional project management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to make decisive, solution-oriented decisions.
- An approach to aligning teams and fostering a trusting, growth-oriented, and collaborative culture.
- Extensive experience working within a SaaS company environment.
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English. Swedish is required as some client interactions are conducted in Swedish.
