Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support and driving continuous improvement within our team. Your ability to identify synergies, see the bigger picture, and take initiative will ensure that we exceed expectations for both our clients and suppliers 🎯.
Your tasks will include:
- Responding to client and supplier inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Taking ownership of complex cases, analyzing patterns in issues, and proposing solutions to enhance the customer journey.
- Leading or participating in customer service improvement projects, such as managing backlogs or streamlining processes.
- Sending targeted communication or mass updates to clients when necessary.
- Stepping in to oversee operations and support the team in the absence of the Customer Service Manager.
- Sharing insights, mentoring colleagues, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably with demonstrated project ownership.
- Proven experience in improving customer processes, managing backlogs, or taking additional responsibilities like mass communication to clients.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
It's a bonus if you also have experience with case management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira).
