Role overview 🚀
We’re looking for a Team Lead to grow, support, and drive performance in our Nordic SDR team. You’ll play a key role in hitting pipeline targets through clear direction, hands-on collaboration, and data-driven coaching. This role blends leadership with action—you’ll lead by example, join calls, give feedback, and help scale the SDR function. Reporting to the Head of Global Business Development, you’ll have the unique opportunity to bridge strategy and execution in a high-impact, commercial role.
Responsibilities🤘
- Lead, support and coach the Nordic SDR team to ensure a high-performing culture and successful lead generation.
- Collaborate with the Head of Global Business Development to plan headcount, territory coverage and team structure.
- Ensure there’s consistent and sufficient pipeline coverage aligned to revenue targets.
- Review and optimize SDR performance dashboards and KPIs regularly.
- Support pipeline management and conversion metrics—ensure meetings booked are progressing through the funnel.
- Roll up your sleeves: join calls, listen to recordings, provide real-time coaching and feedback.
- Help manage data accuracy across tools like Salesforce; make sure SDRs have the right accounts and enough contacts to work.
- Participate in forecasting, data projects and territory mapping.
- Serve as the go-to resource for questions, blockers and challenges across the team.

What are we looking for? 🔎
Experience required:
- Previous experience as an SDR/BDR is essential—you know what it takes to succeed.
- Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed your targets in a new business development role.
- Excellent skills in outbound calling, lead generation and prospecting.
- Experience coaching or upskilling others—official team lead experience is a big plus but not required.
- Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience working in SaaS or B2B tech environments.
- University degree preferred (but not required)—we value grit and experience more than credentials.
- Experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM-system.
