💙At Benify, we're dedicated to fostering a culture of growth and development where your career can truly flourish. The Rocket Program is one of the initiatives that we honor some of our employees every year. It is an exciting one-year program filled with development opportunities and fun activities to recognize and develop Benify’s top talents. Rockets, will be able to grow their network and connect with other potential future leaders/key people within our organization. They will acquire business-knowledge and participate in activities designed to enhance their development.

Throughout the year, the Rockets will dedicate their time to actively executing the Rocket Program through events, workshops, meetings, and case studies.

So far, our Rockets have met at a kick-off in Stockholm and travelled together to the Lake District to learn and develop as a group, where they had the opportunity to spend a whole week learning about business partnering.
